Getting to Huddart Park for the Ceremony
Huddart Park is about a 30-minute drive from the wedding hotel. If driving, we recommend leaving 40 minutes earlier than planned arrival time, to account for traffic.
Huddart Park has a $6 CASH ONLY entrance fee for all vehicles, and limited parking.
On the day of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle running between Bay Landing Hotel and Huddart Park. Please see the shuttle schedule below.
SHUTTLE DEPARTURE TIMES:
Arriving for Ceremony (Bay Landing => Huddart Park):
1st car - 11:15am, arrives 11:45am
2nd car - 11:45am, arrives 12:15pm
3rd car - 12:15pm, arrives 12:45pm
Returning to Hotel (Huddart Park => Bay Landing):
1st car - 2:30pm, arrives 3:00pm
2nd car - 3:00pm, arrives 3:30pm
3rd car - 3:30pm, arrives 4:00pm
If you are not staying at Bay Landing Hotel, but would like to take a shuttle to the ceremony, we have permission to park a few cars in the hotel parking lot for the day. Please park at the back side of the hotel (facing Grand Harbor), and move your vehicle to Grand Harbor's parking lot when you go to the banquet. Thank you.
Above are the directions for getting to the ceremony location in Huddart Park when approaching on King's Mountain Road. Click here for a full map of the park. Unless you need special accommodation, we ask that you park in the lots south of the picnic area. They can be found by driving past the entrance to the Redwood Picnic Area, on the right.
Bay Landing Hotel
Bay Landing is the official hotel for the wedding. It is located a short walk from the reception restaurant, and is accessible from Millbrae BART.
We have a booking group set up with the hotel. To book into the group, please e-mail directly the Bay Landing sales coordinator, Yolanda Wong at ywong@hotelpros.biz. In the email, specify that you are part of the Patrick and Serena Wedding, group number 339902 . The rooms and rate will be held until April 11th.
San Francisco International Airport
Grand Harbor and Bay Landing Hotel are a short distance from SFO, so we strongly recommend those flying to arrive in the bay through SFO. Bay Landing and many other hotels offer shuttle service from the airport.
Other Transit Options:
For BART and Caltrain, Millbrae station is within walking distance of Grand Harbor Restaurant and Bay Landing Hotel.
For those taking Amtrak into the Bay, we recommend setting a destination of Richmond. It shares a station with BART, making it a convenient transfer point for reaching Burlingame.
